1. Your Business Plan, including:
   A description of your product or service
   A brief history of your company
   An analysis of your business model and market strategy
    
2. A complete set of Financial Projections, including:
   A Balance Sheet
   Income statements and projections
   Summary data on financing, if any, to date
   Full resumes for each management team member
   A list of your current customers
    
3. Please remember to include all your Contact Information, including Name, Address, Phone, Fax and email  addresses

Please note that whenever possible, we prefer a hard copy of Business Plans rather than email submissions. However, you may submit your plan to:
